Group Four Realty
Established in 1986, Group Four Realty is a small, independently owned Realtor® firm located at 79 Mill Street in Middletown, CT. We have memberships with SmartMLS, Connecticut Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors® and are well equipped to assist buyers and sellers in their real estate needs.
We strongly adhering to the Realtor Code of Ethics. Striving to bring knowledge, integrity and professionalism to each transaction. Our first priority is to protect and promote the interest of our clients, but we will always treat all parties fairly.
Julie Keithan – CEO & Broker
Julie Keithan is the CEO and Broker of Group Four Realty. She has been licensed in Connecticut since 1978, first as an agent then as a licensed real estate broker in 1986. Along with the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation for advanced real estate study she was recently awarded the prestigious Realtor® Emeritus designation for long time service to the Realtor® organization.
With an enthusiasm to stay informed on the current status of the real estate market and her seasoned savvy, Julie has successfully navigated her clients through the real estate process. She looks forward to offering you her guidance and know-how.
Horace Chambers – Realtor®
Horace is a valued Realtor® at Group Four Realty. With a BS in business administration he brings professionalism, experience and knowledge to the buying and selling process. He strives to create an informed, personalized and pleasant atmosphere to each transaction. Client satisfaction is always his goal. He has been a licensed agent in Connecticut since 2006.
